(2023)             NOUTYPE is an experimental typeface created by Paola and Carlos after a trip to the Lello Bookstore in Porto, inspired by the grid pattern on the ceiling of this iconic space. The typeface reflects their emotional connection and merges analog and digital processes in a unique creative approach. The project included the creation of an editorial piece that explores typography in unconventional contexts, using textures produced with a CNC printer and a moiré effect to showcase its three weights. The project was presented at events such as TypeThursday and the ExtraBold 2024 festival.
(2024)             1:1 FESTIVAL is a new interior design event organized by BAU, the University Center of Arts and Design in Barcelona. Its goal is to explore the relevance of spatial design within a context defined by the climate crisis, social inequality, and technological dominance. The festival aims to bridge academia and the city by inviting design professionals to address the current challenges of the built environment. It is part of Barcelona’s Architecture Weeks, held from May 14 to June 28, featuring activities that strengthen the relationship between architecture and citizens.
(2024)             INCONCERT is a company specialized in Customer Experience solutions. Its integrated multichannel platform enables businesses to optimize customer service through advanced technologies such as artificial intelligence, automation, and data analytics, transforming every interaction into an exceptional experience. The rebranding and web design were developed at Firma, renewing the brand’s visual identity and digital presence to better reflect its vision and the impact of its solutions.
(2024)             LA 111 is a housing cooperative in Barcelona, formed by 28 people in 12 living units since 2017, with the goal of creating a shared life project. Based on the values of cooperativism and ecofeminism, it promotes egalitarian and self-managed coexistence, challenging the traditional family model. The group encourages active participation through monthly dialogue spaces and leads a transparent communication campaign to share its values. The metaphor of the “sobremesa” symbolizes gathering and collective creation, where members share experiences and ideas, using objects such as a coffee maker and an olive tree to represent cooperation and equality. This project is a collaboration with Irene Lladó and Laura Díaz.
(2023)             671051545 is a personal project born from the need to express myself as a graphic designer at a key moment in my career, as I prepare to enter the professional world. I carried out a self-analysis to discover how to represent myself in the most authentic way and ensure that each piece I create speaks about who I am. From this process emerged the concept of “opening doors,” which reflects my current situation. Based on this idea, I developed a series of design objects, all deeply connected to me on a personal level and to the concept that inspired them.
(2022)             ELPALO Nº1 was born from the need to redesign a previous album by the renowned rapper Delaossa. From this premise, an experimental graphic concept was developed, presented not only in the traditional vinyl format but also brought to life through a carefully handcrafted scarf. From self-produced textures, such as spray paint, to the capture of urban surfaces, the project culminates in a cohesive visual identity that reflects the spirit of the album.
(2022)              A FIN DE CUENTAS is a photobook that immerses the viewer in the tension and nervousness experienced by graffiti artists in the final minutes, right after finishing their piece. It captures that fleeting moment when, after effort and focus, their only concern is to take the perfect photo of their work and disappear quickly without being seen. It’s a portrait of that instant of uncertainty, where the challenge is not only to create but also to escape before the possibility of being caught.
(2023)             CRITICALDESIGN is an editorial project that questions the current educational model in design and contemporary art, featuring contributions from writers such as Sophie Thurner, Nina Paim, and Isabelle Winkler. It analyzes the limitations of the existing educational system and proposes alternatives to enrich the learning process. The publication fosters dialogue between educators, students, and professionals to rethink how creative knowledge is transmitted, emphasizing the need to adapt the curriculum to a constantly changing society where art and design are essential for cultural transformation.
(2021)              MISERIA / BADAL are two lettering projects born from my search to experiment with new tools, starting with an initial hand-drawn design. The aim of this project is to expand my visual repertoire through the use of a variety of programs, generating innovative and creative compositions. Tools such as 3D modeling software and open-source applications were used, along with the screen printing technique for the production of one of the letterings.
(2025)             ARCHIVE is a space where diverse projects coexist, expanding my creative process. It serves as a gallery of works, ideas, and explorations that, as a whole, reveal different facets of my practice and the richness of its multiple paths.
